    What do you all think about buying this????

    More questions....

    Ok I've bought some things since the last time I posted. I now have a 37 gallon tank and I'm going to use the 29 gallon as a sump/refugium. I also bought the coralife super skimmer 65, 30 pounds of argonite sand, mud for the refugium, and a fan to blow air across the water for the canopy...

    Heat from lighting

    I am as some of you are aware starting to set up a 29 gal. I have a 175 watt medal halide and 72 watts of power compact. The lights will be installed in a wooden canopy. Will the heat from the lights raise the water temp? The canopy is mostly open on top so some heat will be exhausted there...

    Can it be done????

    I went to the local fish store this weekend to get a filter for my freshwater tank. On the counter of this store the owner had a 20 gallon reef tank, with all sorts of corals and 2 clown fish in it, we got to talking and he said that doing smaller tanks is not harder then doing the larger tanks...

    Tank size

    I am completely new to the saltwater hobby. I was wondering what is the minumum size that you can use in this hobby. I bought a used oceanic hexagon tank, used from a friend of a friend. I don't know exactly how big it is but the tank is in great shape and the stand was included in the deal...
