    Lighting for 54 Corner

I currently have two 24 inch PC retro fixtures. In the center i have about 26 inches but I was either thinking of going with four T5 lights or MH. Any suggestions for T5 lights because I am thinking that MH are going to be a problem with the heat under a canopy. Thanks for the response.

    Frustated Help

I just tried two different test kits. The Red Sea is giving me 2.5 meq/l and the API test kit is giving me 3.92 meq/l (11dkh). Which one should I trust because a little low and the other is too high. The API test is brand new and the Red Sea I just ran out.

    New Ricordeas

Thanks everyone. I just did the super glue process. I have had them in the tank for about 30 minutes glued and they are already opening back up and they have not moved. As always thank you for all the great opinions. I don't know what I would do with everyone on here.

I just got a few new ridordeas:bounce::^: but they are not attached to any rock. What would be the best way to get them to stick to a rock. I have a peace of branch rock that I would really like to be on.

    Frustated Help

Sorry guys I have had some long nights at work this week. I just tested again and my alkalinity has been holding steady at about 3.2 to 3.4 and calcium has held at 400-450 in the last two days. The only thing that is still off is my PH at 8.6 and my nitrates are finally gone down to zero. I'm...

    Frustated Help

    Frustated Help

Ok I just tested again yes I am not the most patient person. The alkalinity is low again to about 1.8 and my calcium is 450 500 and the PH is still 8.6. Will I have to lower my PH for the Alkalinity to go up? Can I add just the alkalinity of B Ionic and not the calium Part 2?

    Frustated Help

I know the test kit is not the best but I am using this one. I wish it was not for saltwater because that would be an easier fix. Don't worry those are the kind of things that I would overlook. I am glad you asked. Red Sea pH/Alkalinity Mini-Lab Test Kit What would be the easiest way to...
