    I have never been able to keep them in my tank they seem to start to die within a week or so. It doesnt matter if I put them in moderate, strong or no current at all. I have a few friends that hasn't had any luck keeping them and have had some that do well. good luck with yours.

    I coverd my tank for three days and used blankets to cover my tank letting no light in, of coure still letting some of the air to escape from the top and temps stay around 78. My fish and corals did fine and the brown diatoms were gone. Just make sure your tank is'nt around a lot of sun light...

    I got my water to flow a little more to day. for some reason the pure water comeing out of the ro membrane had a small restrickter on it that was not listed or shown in the manual. I toke it off, It now is a steedy trickle and i got to looking at my resrticter on my waste water,It was a 500...

    Well I got it to work its not putting out 4gal an hour but its around 2.5 an hour Ill look in to my pressure a little more later but its working and not leaking for know...LOL Thanks Biff for all your help and every one else...

    Should a ro di unit put out more water than the waste or is it the outher way a round. im getting all kinds of waste water and very little pure water. i bought a purewater club ro di 6 stage and the water on pure side just drips out, i have around 75lbs of water pressure going to this filter

    The problem I was having is that the package that had the membrain in it says...Caution Element may contian perservative solution...Wet tested membrane elements contain a 1% sodium meta-Bisulfite perservative solution to prevent microbiological growth and must be flushed for a minimum of 2 hour...
