Not sure how to use the new tank with overflow

I could but they are covered with mushrooms and pulsing xenia and since I'm not sure how I have managed to get sooooo many of them I would hate to do anything that might kill them.

Not sure how to use the new tank with overflow

Now that I have taken it out and cleaned it up, it looks like an awesome tank, however, the top part is actually fixed onto the tank. I have several large pieces of LR that will not be able to fit inside the tank. I'm very upset because the tank is awesome and I have been trying to find a sump...

Not sure how to use the new tank with overflow

I received this tank for free from a friend. I was going to clean and resell. Now I am interested in maybe keeping and moving my 75g over to this tank. However, I'm not sure how this overflow works. The main overflow is in the center of the tank with several dividers on both sides. At the...

wanting an anemone , could i get one?

Personally, I think anemone's are like anything else in the SW world. You will find you either can or can't keep them alive. I can't keep a sea hare or yellow tang alive to save my life. But I have 5 beautiful anemone's that I have had for almost 2 years now that are alive and happy and...

Mega Powerful Nitrate and Phosphate Remover - DIY!

Which would you suggest, an algae scrubber or a refugium? I am trying to get my nitrates down to help get rid of my cyanobacteria.

Mega Powerful Nitrate and Phosphate Remover - DIY!

I would like to build an algae scrubber for my tank. My question is that I do not have a pre-drilled tank, I do not have a sump or fuge. Can I still make one that will go under my tank?

A few questions about reef aquariums

I seeded my tank with Texas holey rock. I got some great shelf pieces for not too much $$. Now they are covered with bubble anemones and pulsing xenia. Just a thought for you. Welcome to the hobby.

    Upgrading

I just transferred tanks 72g to a 75g but I could not do it in one day. One of the reasons was because the sand (new and old) stirred up the water too much. It took 2 days before I could get everything back in the tank.
