    Brain Coral placement

I've actually always read that brains do best on the sandbed. Mine are on the sand, and are fine. I run T5s as well. Good luck!

    New Zoos on way

Sorry, Justin. I'm glad you're happy with the other zoas, but that sucks that one was DOA. I hope Reefs2go makes things right.

    Leopard Wrasse Help

Yes, they are bipartitus. I didn't realize how long you kept them in there for. I thought you meant let them acclimate for 3 hours or so. What did you keep them in?

    New Zoos on way

I've never order from Reefs2Go, but I believe that they recently changed ownership so maybe they've improved since you ordered from them Dana. I'm pretty sure that a representative from them came to one of our Tampa Bay Reef Club meetings to inform people of the ownership switch and apologize...

    Leopard Wrasse Help

Thanks for the advice guys! I won't QT them then. Brian, if you have issues with keeping 3, then maybe I won't buy them all, or maybe I will and I'll just be prepared to remove 1-2 if need be. I have two plastic aquarium collection boxes (the kind LFS typically use to scoop up fish) with small...

    Leopard Wrasse Help

Thanks for the input, little_fish! :) Mine eats frozen. She's the biggest pig in my aquarium (ironically). The guy with the trio says that they are all eating frozen, but I'm hesitant to believe it until I see it. I guess trying all 3, and having a back-up home in case something goes wrong is...

    Leopard Wrasse Help

I've owned a splendid leopard wrasse for 2 years. She's doing great, eating well. I am thinking about adding more splendid leopard wrasses. I was going to add just one more, but there is a local reefer selling a trio of females for a great price. My aquarium is only 50 gallons. What do you all...

Black Leopard Wrasse - for BL1

Cool fish! :D Yeah, taking pics of wrasses is hard, though. Mine likes to tease me, but then as soon as I pull out the camera, he takes off.:grumble:

    Samantha's 50 Gallon Reef Aquarium

So it's time for an update! 8) First off, I picked up two new corals over the 4th of July Weekend... Purple and Green Stylophora: Second, I acquired a gorgeous green and purple hammer coral from my brother. It had become too large for his 6 gallon and was stinging his other corals, so we...

I agree with Little_Fish. It looks like a macro to me too, but it's hard to tell. Looks almost like halymenia to me: http://lh6.ggpht.com/ronyeo/RiNBctOsTUI/AAAAAAAAAqc/OrHKNSkAAIA/05algae.jpg
