Since I got it it has been going deeper and deeper in the rocks to get away from direct flow and light. It has been eating mysis but since I fed it last night it closed and never opened back up. It's a pink bubble tip, should I be worried?

While the lights were out today and with zoa's polyps closed I noticed this on one of the frags. Is this a harmful fungus of some kind? If so what can I do to help rid of it?

I got these little buggers all around my tank and I have no clue what they are. They are the little white things that have a very distinct swimming pattern in the vid. I turned the pumps off and fed the tank and they all came to the top to feed. Click for vid:
