Please give advice on my 75gal reef stocking plans

Yellow eyed Kole tang, pink spotted goby, gold stripe maroon clown would be good addition. If you check out my profile you`ll see my tank and the many LPS that are in my tank.

    Scopas Tang

I have three tangs one of which is a scopas. Keep her full by feeding dried seaweed sheets to him. They can forage on that all day and not eat so much at feeding time.

best fish choice for reef tank

I would go with a pink spotted goby. They occasionally sift your sand and have quite a personality.

    feeding coral suppliments?

I have had my reef tank for over 17 yrs and never supplements. Frequent PWC`s will supplement all you need as far as trace elements. As far as the lighting I switched over to LED`s. I only needed 3 for my 125 and got all three for 270.00. They are pretty cheap now. These are the ones I got...

    Anemone foot loss

It`s been my experience that if the foot is damaged there is no hope. Seen this on many friends that have aquariums. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. You can put a small soft filter over the intake.

Some pics of the tank and new additions

Well I guess everyone remembers what happened when Hurricane Irene came by. I lost 5 fish including my three tangs that were ages 13, 10 and eight. I`ve replaced those three with the same type tangs and just recently got 3 lyretail anthias. There is one male and two females. Had them about a...

    Irene casualties

No the temp was 78 degrees. I thought the same thing. It was not filtration either as I have 200 lbs of LR and a skimmer. My FW fish didnt even blink an eye. I`m just so sorry for them.

    Irene casualties

Irene has come and gone. I had the same thing happen that happens during hurricanes like the tree on the neighbors truck and the usual house damage. I was not prepared for the loss that would happen though. Even during Isabel I only lost power for a few hours. I lost it for 24 hours this time...

My clowns host my mushrooms, hammer coral and bubble coral. They do it all the time.

    salfin tang

You are doomed to failure with a sailfin in a 30 gallon tank. The small tank setting will lower the immune system thus hastening disease and parasites. I would return it or get a bigger tank. For them a 6 ft tank is needed.

    What Tang?

I agree also with the smaller bristletooth species esp. the Yellow eyed Kole tang.

    Dwarf Angelfish?

I had both of these and they both started eating my corals yrs ago. It was 4 yrs after I got them but they eventually did. I have taken the NO ANGELS pledge.

    Anemone Moving

I totally agree with Larry. Feeding an anenome is not a must. They get all they need from the lighting and water column.

    bleeding gills

I agree that ammonia poisoning is the cause for red or bleeding gills. I would say 33% PWC`s are a must.
