Irene has come and gone. I had the same thing happen that happens during hurricanes like the tree on the neighbors truck and the usual house damage. I was not prepared for the loss that would happen though. Even during Isabel I only lost power for a few hours. I lost it for 24 hours this time...

Well I guess I`ll be the first to post a pic of christmas pick ups. My daughter got this orange seastar for my reef tank. I had a blue linknia that I had for over 4 yrs but have not seen it for a few months now. Oh well here he is. Sorry for it being kind of fuzzy.

Well after losing my tomato clown of 12 yrs I decided to get another clown. I chose the Gold stripe maroon clown. I had one that coexisted with my tomato clown for eight yrs. He die a few yrs back. Here is some pics of him. As you can see he`s already picked out my 12 yrs old bubble coral...

My tomato clown died last nite. He was the first fish I got when I started this hobby 12+ yrs ago. He will be sorely missed. He shared in all my tank adventures.

I bought me a new clam for the tank. It`s a derasa clam. I`ve really missed my squamosa clam which I had forever. The other two coral I got from Matt AKA Boxxman. Some nice Ricordeas (orange) and some nice blue striped mushrooms. Thanks Matt.

How does everyone do with tangs on this site. Here is a pic of my three tangs. The yellow tang is 11 yrs old while the yellow eyed kole tang is 8 yrs old and the scopas is about 4 yrs old. I have found out that different body shapes and colors kind of limits aggression but not always. Anyone...
