the daylight in biocube just died :( so I was looking online for new lights and ran across an 18 watt and a 36 watt... is there a huge difference? also, would it be better to stick with the 18 watt for my 8 gallon tank, or upgrade to a 36? :^:

I have beautiful purple coralline algae growth on my live rocks :) but it's starting to spread onto my sand :( I really wanted to keep my sand white... should I syphon the algae off of the sand or just leave it? What do you recommend? :sfish:

I set up my 8 gallon biocube yesterday and the mushrooms that were already established on the live rock are taking off REALLY fast.... will they overcrowd my tank? should I trim them back? or just not worry too much since they are beautiful?
