    Are you using a protein skimmer? If not, I'd highly recommend you get one. It'll help maintain your tank. For now, change your water and make sure you properly condition it before you add it in your tank! Good luck.

    Change out 20%-30% every two weeks. And PLEASE make sure that you pretreat your water before you put it in the tank. If you've got a marine tank, make sure you check the salinity levels, remove any copper and chlorine, etc.

    Biffer is correct. While I've had some luck with this medications, they don't cure everything. They are very specific and so unless you can properly identify the fungus (expensive and challenging), it's more hit and miss than anything else.
