Just wondering has anyone ever used the IceCap Metal Halide bulbs....I have always used the Coralife or Current 150w 14k for my 150 reef tank but they are increasingly hard to find ...a LFS in my area has these in stock and have never used these...thanks in advance for any help.

Bought a new coral and off to one side there are 6 or 8 other little "aptasia" looking things, they look like aptasia but are bright yellow......and about an inch or so tall......any ideas?? thanks

So I had my water checked again today: Amn - ,0, NO2 - 0, NO3 - 200 ( or 20?), PH 8.0, KH 8, Cal - 460, SG 1.025, MG 1380, Po4 - 2. Everything is fine except for the frickin nitrates....I got rid of the Koran, have cut the food in half, done away with the sock and put the rubble rock back in...
