im not a hundred percent sure but they are black

my 30g tank had ich and ive been treating it and my two seahorses seem to be doing well. both are swimming around and eating normally. I did notice today that one of my seahorses eyes are blueish in colour and arent moving at all, as they should. What could this be? Katey
