Cycling is the process during which your tank creates it's biologic filter. Basically if you dont wait to the tank has cycled your levels will spike and kill off live stock. Might want to do some reading in the 'New to Reefing' forum as there is a lot of great information about initial tank...
Kuhuna - I would wait a while. If youve only had the tank up (and been in the hobby for) two months I would hold off and let the tank finish cycling.

I live in Strasburg however I commute to Nova every day. Happy to meet someplace. The lobo is about almost 2" long I believe. I will get a solid measurement when I get home. Its a nice looking frag. Opens up very nice every morning on lights on.

Also as for dragonet feeding and training there is a great thread on nano-reef about them. I will see if I can dig it up. It explained a number of methods to train them and keep them trained to eat frozen.
Thats why I was +1ing the ORA. From what I understand regardless of tank size its hard to keep ones that dont eat frozen because they will eat the pods at a rate that they just cant reproduce fast enough.
As for the tank size a 10G is fine as a juvenile (as long as dosing pods and feeding...
