i actually got a snowflake eel from a petco in texas years ago and he was awesome. he got so big for my tank tho when we moved here we gave him to the LFS to let someone else with a bigger tank buy him. i miss that fat little thing :D

i think its pretty good (tho some of the employees are stupid) but then again, its all i know. i need to go down to tucson sometime and check out a LFS there. its further away but might be worth it.

mesa is about 45 min or so away from me. thats actually where my LFS is, aquarium arts. off of baseline.

i got a few of my fish from petco over the years and like biff said it really depends on the store. if u have a lot around, check them all out and u will see the differences.

hes still sitting in his bucket waiting to go to the LFS. my hubs was like, well hes still sorta little, maybe we can put him in then take it out when its bigger...im like mmmmmm no. poor thing just wants more stuff to look at in the tank lol
