That should be ok, It will kill any nasty bacteria in the tank, Just rinse and rinse and rinse, and then rinse with prime or some kind of chlorine nutralizer, let it dry in the sun if possible, cause you will be rinsing it again before you set it up again, follow the directions on the bleach...

Bleach is fine, as long as its rinsed well and rinsed with prime, let the tank dry out really well, its safe, as long as its rinsed really well , and dried well.

Or diluted bleach water, that will kill any bacteria, rinse really well and hit with Prime Im so happy your crab is back:)
