this one has orange polyps but my camera couldn't capture that much detail...

yeah I am waitin on the nem to settle down...it has been there for 5 days now so i am hoping it will stay there....

Thanks! It all depends pretty much on the brand...the better the rep the expensive they come. I personally buy most of the stuff from my LFS as they carry almost everything bulkreefsupply has. I would recommend BRS for all electrical items and dry rock, filter guys have really good RO units...

How do you know the cycle skipped? maybe it never started....were you checking the parameters often? did you use anything to jump-start the cycle? I would wait on the corals as new tanks experience algae blooms in the beginning.

did you look at reef octopus xs series? they have a very small footprint.

Just like Erin said.... definitely add the rock before the sand....a single goby can move mountains...

Thanks...both the pair are doing well....i couldn't wait and added a RBTA that had split in a local reefer's aquarium...lets see who hosts it.

The color on the purple tang should not fade with age under ideal water parameters. If does fade its usually temporary. The feeding should be diversified but seeing your experience you probably already know that.

I have read around and heard that reefbreeders led are also a good option and they come with a built in controller.
