I am pretty sure you can. I never did when I used it, I switched over to the BRS stuff.

You can, but if you have corals that are using calcium, they are also using alk and mag. Calcium should not be the only thing that needs to be dosed IF you need to dose at all.

CC thanks, My Ca has been on the lower side i think because of the salt I was using. Currently my Alk is low at 6 and I dosed to correct it. Slowly. I use the Bionic to maintain it but my Ca rarely gets over 400. I thought I could bump it up alittle but when I check the reef calc it sure seem like a lot. Like the entire bottle.
