You could try going with several LED or MH hanging pendants evenly spaced over your tank.

The tank is 2' tall, 5' long, and 18" wide.

I think you will be struggling to get enough light with any t-5 fixture.. over 18 or 20 inches deep the t-5 doesnt do well down at the bottom...

Biff has a 6-bulb T5 over her 90g, IIRC those are 24" tall. She has no problems keeping anything in her tank. Individual reflectors makes a big difference in those fixtures.

If this is a FOWLR tank then the 4 bulb one you posted will be fine.

Why are you not going the hanging MH pendant route (just curious)? You could easily hang 2 or 3 MH pendants over the tank and your lighting situation would be taken care of.

The roof above the tank is like 7' over tank and at an angle. I guess it's possible though...

It's okay if it's at an angle -- you just make one cable longer than the other. The hanging kits come with enough cord to hang them from a height like that.

Those lights do not come with the ballasts -- it's just the housing.
