How often do you see these guys out in the open in broad daylight?

I don't know, but more importantly is how you can make a peppermint shrimp look so damn beautiful. Dennis you are very talented with the camera. Keep it up.

Those are beautiful zoos too!

Beautiful shot!

My 2 peppermint shrimp hangout on the rock in the front of my tank wobbling back and forth all day. I actually just fed them some mysis as I was feeding my corals.

P.S GIVE ME YOUR CAMERA!! :P

Haha, thanks guys.
Mine almost never come out during the day.

Oh, and you can't have my camera. :D
Actually this is not my big nikon. It's the new Olympus E-P1.
And you still can't have it.

These guys would be rarely caught in the dark, always out hanging around. however i had some in my 180 that were the opposite

i have two
one male one female
how can i tell?
the female is uber pregnant
theres a yellow mass under here and she flaps her legs to airate them and give them fresh air/water
i took a picture too

I had assumed that may be the case.. That made for a really scary exhilarating water change and tank maintenance, as i was not current on my rabies vaccine :)
