Acclimatizing new inhabitants

Probably butchered that word - hope you get the drift! Can you tell me what method you use when adding a new fish or invert to your aquarium? What about corals? How much "Tank water" should I expect to need to replace, once I'm finished?

Hahaha, nah you spelt it good.
As for me, i get a 2 or 3 gallon bucket, empty the bag out of everything in the bucket, put the coral in there, drip acclimate, until the bucket is full, it takes about an 1 or 2 if you do it right.

I drip acclimate for about an hour...and for my corals, I just do a temp acclimation.

+1 everyone...I do drip, and I'm careful not to get any lfs water in my tank.
