Acrylic Tank Resealing Question

So I just aquired at ~110g aquarium for incredibly cheap. It was built using 3/4" acrylic for the tank. The guy who had it before never had any issues with leakage or any problems but that doesn't quite make me comfortable. Upon examining it myself, I noticed that on a few of the seams, there is a bunch of bubbles in the seam like perhaps it was not sealed very well(I will try to get pictures later). Since I don't want to a tidal wave in my house I wanted to reseal these if possible.

Is there an easy method to take the tank apart so that I can refinish the edges of the acrylic and use weldon 4 to reseal?

I would NOT try unsealing the seam!!!!!!!!! I believe you would want to seal the seam with #14 or #16 acrylic bonding cement. It is like the "silicone" for acrylic tanks.
