Added 70+lbs of LR Last Night

So I've had this LR in a blackout to kill bad algae for about 2 months. Last night I finally decided it was time to go in the tank. Do you think there is any chance of it causing a mini cycle or anything like that with adding so much at once?

Backstory on the LR. The LR came from an existing tank that was running for several years. I bought the tank, dismantled it and put the LR in new fresh saltwater to start the blackout. The rock was fully cured, but covered in stuff I didnt' want in the new tank.

Yeah there's a chance... Anything photosynthetic probably died off. I would either add it a little at a time or have water ready for a water change.

Well I already added all the rock last night. I got nervous and did a water change this morning to be safe. I'll do another one this weekend just to be double sure. I think I'll be ok.

You should be fine, especially considering that rock has been in saltwater for a few years.

Thanks Larry. That's was I was thinking as well, but wanted to be sure I wasn't going to wreck my tank.
