I just bought a new 29 gallon biocube and am planning on moving my Ocellaris Clownfish into the biocube. I have been following the instructions on how to start a tank properly and my tank has reached the point where it is stableized with all the nesesary bacteria and I can take the "test Monkeys" (Stater Fish) out and put my good fish in the tank. I am going to move the fish I want into the tank. But I would like to have 2 Ocellaris Clownfish (male and female) in the tank and woundering how I should try to find a mate. The Clown I have is about 2.5 inchs and has been for about 8 months so Im thinking he is a male. How should I find his mate?

Either find another that is larger or smaller than your current clown. It'll help to ease the fighting as the larger will more easily establish it's dominance over the smaller clown

Clownfish all start out as male. the larger of the 2 fish will become the female, and with luck they'll get down to business.
