Algae and Plants

Can anyone help identify the type of algae and plant I have on my new LR and confirm if I should be worried about any of them?

The algae looks really fine and just don't want it to end up all over my new tank...

First one kind of looks like sawblade caulerpa. The second looks like normal hair algae. Remove the white spots on the caulerpa. Dying algae will leak nutrients back into your water.

Cheers for the tip about the caulerpa. Noticed that some of it has already been removed overnight, maybe from my decorator crab!
