Algae scrubber question

Ok, I'm thinking about adding one to my sump, will it have a negative effect on pulsing Xenia?

i dont think so..
some dudes i know say the xenias like dirtier water...i dont know about that
they also swear on tap water

Iike that the Xenia is thriving, so I don't want to mess it up

i wouldnt worry about it. there pretty tough all around.
i try to keep my water prestine and my xenias look beautiful.

I think your Xenia's will adapt just fine. They really are tough as nails.
