algee outbreak

hey guys ive finally gotten over my diatoms outbreak and now i have green algee taking over my rocks and sand and glass. how do i treat this?

You can start by checking your Phosphates, and cut back on your photo period. Perhaps a water change- removing as much physically as possible- In time you'll beat it

FNG is correct. Its very common to get green algae. After that you will probably get cayano alage. As your tank matures, you will have less algae issues.

I recommend increasing your water changes for a few weeks and physically remove as much of it as you can.

Get a couple mexican turbo snails to help eat it, do regular water changes, pull it off by hand, use only RODI water.
