after discovering i had a few vermetid snails in my tank based on an earlier post, i have also found something else. this is a worm like tube that lets out a long clear tentacle, grabs pieces of sand with this tentacle, and reels it back in... only to send out 2 tentacles shortly after and replacing the sand back in the aquarium. one even has built its tube out of sand... what are these and are they reef safe? will they multiple like the snails and become a pain later on?
