Any Idea what it is???

I have a small pile of sand in my DT with looks like hairs or worms that are coming out of it. Not going
anywhere just moving around atop of the pile of sand, If I try to move / dig into the pile I just find like hard sand
and a tube made of sand.

Any Idea what it is Im assuming some kind of worm good..... bad
