and there is also a good home made chili recipe

brown whatever kind of ground meat you like then add 2 large cans of tomatos add 1 large chopped onion and a couple of chopped bell peppers add garlic powder and cumin and then chili powder as much as you think you need i like it spicey so i add quit a bit of chili powder and about half as much cumin and add a can of pinto beans and a can of chili beans and let it cook all day

and here is how you make homemade chicken and dumplins

boil a whole chicken and debone and tear the meat up keep the broth from the chicken boiling

in a bowl while you chicken is boiling start off with self rising flour add salt and pepper to the flour add 1 egg and about 3 tablespoons of veggie oil and milk til it is a sticky type paste consistancy then add the dough to a floured surface roll it out thin with a rolling pin and cut into small squares then add to the boiling chicken broth once the chicken is removed keep the water boiling as you add the dumplins just stir them in as you add them then once youve added all the dumplins add the shreaded chicken then add about a half of cup if milk to the broth and dumplins turn down and simmer for about 30 min then make some cornbread and you have supper

hell, when I make chili, I dont even brown the meat first.

I throw everything into the crock pot and let it cook all day. Give it a good mix and scoop it ontop of some fritos and add chedar cheese.

I have made meat ball sandwiches dowing pretty much what you do with you spegheti sauce. It is a very versitile recipe:mrgreen:
