    Poor dcan...

So, my favorite meatball recipe sounds weird but is amazing... My boy begs me to make 'em so you know they're good:

-about 1 c shredded parmasean (fresh, not the stuff you put on pizza)
    - 10 oz pack frozen spinach, thawed
    - ground turkey (or hamburger, but I actually like turkey better)
-bout 1/2 tsp thyme and sage, fresh, chopped up finely
    - bread crumbs
    - 1-2 eggs to bind it

Squish the spinach in a strainer to get as much of the water out as possible. Mix it all together. I do the eggs after the rest, then bread crumbs, til you get the right meatball consistency. Sautee with a bit of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet. Do a few balls at a time so the pan stays hot, cook at med-low til thoroughly browned. Delicous!

You also dont want to over exert yourself either tanked:mrgreen:

That does sound good. I think the spinach would add a nice flavor to the meatballs.
