Anyone know about Jalli fixtures...

I have an opportunity to purchase a 24" Jalli fixture with a 150 watt Metal halide and 2 T5 atinics... 200 watts total for 150.00.... Any thoughts? It is either between this fixture or a viper K2 150 watt clamp...
