It wasn't me!
From what I read, all the bulbs are only 1 watt LED bulbs. Current manufacturers are already in the 3 watt cree bulbs. Also, I would use caution when buying equipment off Ebay from a manufacturer that you have never heard of.

yeah I wasnt going to buy them off there i was just curious if anyone had seen or used them.. I would have called them direct..

In my research of LED fixtures that is not a name that came up. You have to be very careful when looking at LED fixtures, there are a lot of cheap knock offs flooding the market now trying to make a quick profit.
If you are not going the DIY route, a good LED fixture is still fairly expensive. After months of research, and several months over my own personal tank, the LED's I'd recommend are the AquaIllunination Sol Super Blue units - but they don't come cheap.

You could also look into the Ecoxotic Panorama fixtures, but they use lower powered LED's without optics
