Hahaha, seriously, I usually start the voting around one week before the month is up, to keep the poll open for 6 or 7 days. I don't always give warnings ahead of time that time is running out, because I don't always think of it ahead of time. But just so you know, you should expect the voting to begin the last week of the month, whether you see a warning or not.
