I can see maybe 2 or 3 of them, almost touching, if not connected to some of my Polyps. How should I go about removing these without harming the polyps?

Use Aiptasia X. Just zap the aiptasia. The corals will be fine.

Best luck I had were peppermint shrimp. Those guys tore through those anenome like crazy. Best part was I could quit squirting em. I was squirting em with Kalk mix instead of Aip X though. Too bad they only lived about 2 weeks. I dont think they starved to death after eating all the aiptasia but really maybe not enough iodine.
