Yes, it will fit if it has adjustable legs or if you plan to hang it. You'll just have a little bit of overhang, but it should be mostly the body of the fixture and not the actual bulbs.

Yup. The legs are adjustable. I have that same light in a 24". It has a nice built in timer to control the lights, and the company is awesome to deal with if you ever have an issue.

Yes I have it also and the legs do adjust to any size I have a 24" on my 18" tank because I like the bulb selections better and it still looks very nice
