The fuel is dissolved organics, which is good for feeding soft corals.
You will use the other stuff depending on what your tests tell you. If you are continually low on calcium then you use the calcification, if you are continually low on magnesium then you use the ions.
The rule of thumb for dosing is, only dose what you test for. I frequently find that many people have no need to dose their tanks because the doing water changes keeps all the levels where they are suppose to be.
Also, your tank needs to be set for at least a year, with better lights than you currently have to keep a nem. They are some of the most difficult animals to keep in this hobby because they require pristine, stable water conditions and very high lighting.
