Are these fish compatible?

Hello!
I was planning to get a 40 gallon aquarium with firefish gobys, clowfish, a royal gramma basslet, blue/green chromis, lemon chromis, a blue damselfish, a green mandarin, a condy anenome, red seastar, and a couple bumble-bee snails. Are these fish compatible with each other, and which ones should I get first?

That's also way too many fish for a 40 gallon. You're going to be limited to four small fish in a tank that size.
