Baby seahorses scatching.

I had baby seahorses scratching and I took some and placed them under a microscope and obseved them very carefully what I saw was a tiny VERY fast moving spider like animal walking all over the baby's face and body really fast and very hard too see.

Cool, do you have any idea what it was?

Not sure what they are but I treated them with MelaFix for 4 days and it worked wonderfully.

Do you keep them personally or commercially? They fascinate me but I dont have room to keep them in a species specific tank.

I keep them keep them personally used to sell them not anymore.

What kind of set up do you have? Any corals in with them or mostly macro algae?

I keep them in bare bottom tanks with fake corals for hitching make it easy for me.

He was black when I got him he changed bright yellow.

That's so weird. I don't know a thing about them except they're super neat looking. Do they go through a lot of changes?

No they preety much the same they just change color and hang around waiting for prey.
