I did not have a good experience with them. I placed an order and after 3 weeks I called them to check on it. Was told that the order went out the day before. After another week, I called again and was told that it would go out the next day. And another week later still nothing, so I called them again and was told that it would go out on Monday. Well another week later and nothing, I called again and was told that they were out of stock and didn't know when they would have them, so I cancelled my order and 5 days later I get my refund. I will think twice before I order from them again

sounds like they didnt have it in stock at all and was giving you the wrap around hoping to get it in. Regardless they should have either posted the fact they didnt have it in stock, or notify you and explain to you the situation. Before I left for basic I was a manager and that is just pure crappy P.R.
