Bam Bam Orange Zoa

Does anyone have any experience with these zoas? I'd like to place near or at the top of my aquarium, but want to know if it will be able to tolerate the MH lighting and moderate flow up there.

as long as they're acclimated to the higher light, you'll be fine.

zoas are pretty rough and tumble... they'll be fine there, and give you the best coloration.

you could simply and cheap pieces of screen door material... stack 2 or 3 of them on top of each other, and every couple days (at the most) remove a sheet. That'll slowly acclimate them to the higher light, and will be more than enough time to get used to the higher light.

my preferred method though is to just back off on the photoperiod for a few days. that'll be more than adequate.

This is what I would have suggested also.
