Banded coral shrimp count as a fish

I have a 29bc with one clown and peppermint shrimp I want to get another clown and a goby of some sort. Could I get a banded coral shrimp or would that be to much? or would my peppermint shrimp and the banded coral shrimp not get along?

I've heard of people doing it but for the most part they shouldn't be trusted with a smaller shrimp. Especially in small tanks. I wouldn't do it.
