Blue moon lightning

Hello to everybody, can you please tell me the benefits that you leave the blue moon lightning on all nights? Do blue moon lightning stress fish at night? Its better to light blue moon lightning at night or leave it in totally in dark at night?

It doesn't stress the fish. It doesn't really serve a purpose except to make the tank look nicer. So it doesn't really matter if you use them or not, it's up to you.

Thanks for your advice, i never used them, so its better to leave them in dark at night.

I recently started running a moonlight. Its actually a Stunner strip I had left over after an upgrade. It puts indirect light into the tank and I have it dimmed way down. I like it for no other reason than that I can peak in on the tank to see whats going on at night. It really serves no other purpose. Fish don't care. Heck, I've caught all of my fish napping during the day from time to time!
