Bond My Rock

Ok here's what I'm thinking I've been reading blog after blog on best ways to bond rock or make your own rock. it has come down to Ph and there's a cement that's low PH (Portland) about 8.7 for PH. Or I was just going to get a load of flat dry rock and EP-200 them in to place the plan ends up changing here and there because I cant seem to find the best thing to use to build the shelf inserts I want to make and is there any thing I can us that's better than PVC? I know there's modelling acrylic rod that I us to use back when i made HO & O scale train displays. But I don't know if that stuff would be reef safe.

Any one have a Preference on what to use? I want to put a list together so I can start getting things tomorrow after work. any and all help is welcome.

If the rod is actually acrylic it should be safe, after all, that's what many tanks, and nearly all overflows, dividers, etc are made from

Use Emaco 400. I will attach a thread from a rock sculpting seminar my reef club put on.
