I have been reading and doing researching for months BUT there is always room for more. So any good books to know about, informational sites? This is my fist go at saltwater but I have had freshwater on and off my whole life.

This will have more than enough to keep you busy. Just choose your subject in the drop down menu. It's set on the Chemistry page now and that is a great start.

I have the Marine Invertebrates and Marine Fishes books that D2mini linked to, and Alexander does also. I highly recommend these two books. They are the best out there for profiles of the animals commonly kept in this hobby.
