Could be. I always thought that they were a type of brain.

I have one that is called a Sunshine favia! :D
Maybe its a related to the brain coral some way?

i think more specifically they are considered pineapple brains, which is different than say an open brain coral

Do it. It is not ad hard as you may think, not as expensive either if you go through the post office. I just sent Hannah 6 frags over night for like 25 bucks.

I have had the main colony for about a year and a half. They do grow slow. I just wanted to try my hand at fragging something other than palys or zoas :D
