Bringing out zoa colors

I was just curious...there seems to be a lot of different opinions on this subject across the web.
What do you think is the best lighting to get zoas to be as colorful as they possibly can?

Actinics make them glow. If your lights don't have a lot of blue to them, they will look dull.

So would It matter if I got the 2 bulb T5 fixture from fishneedit.com or the 70W MH that you have biff? I'm definitely looking to get the 14k spectrum regardless of which light. I realize although my PC setup is alright..it doesn't promote growth or their best colors at all.

I'd go with the MH if it was me.Then you can burn a higher color temp bulb and get the best of both worlds.
