Bristle worm?

I have found several of these guys in my tank. They hide in my rocks though and every once in a while will come out briefly. And as always, good or bad? Thanks!

They are good, but just don't handle them. Ouch!

I hate them but try to just ignore them.

They are ugly, but good for your rocks and sand.
