BTA problems?

just noticed brown stringy stuff hanging out of the mouth of my BTA. I only had two weeks and its already hosting a very protective clown, almost to the point of not being able to feed the BTA. Is this normal behavior for clowns? whats this brown slime? Thanks for any insight,Coralhead:question: :question:

yes it is normal for the clown and the brown stringy stuff is most likely waste.

what kind of lighting is the BTA under?

Im not even going to ask what lighting has to do with an anemone using the restroom what do you think its not bright enough for it to see where its poop floats off too? :) I see it now yep is light brown not enough light in my diet!! :)
