bubble tip vs maxi mini

I've got a rbta and a maxi mini nem in my 29. The maxi is full grown. And the bubble tip is getting pretty big. So big that it is reaching its tenticles out to the maxi mini and sticking to it. Do you think either one is going to get damaged. The maxi doesn't seem to enjoy it very much. But I figured if it bothers him then he will move...but he hasn't. Any thoughts on this? I want to upgrade to a bigger tank but don't have the money right now.

He won't necessarily move on its own. I had a frogspawn in my tank grew too big and started to sting my rock flower. It stung it so bad that even after I moved it, the nem just slowly wasted away without even trying to move.

What should I do? I'm afraid of I rearrange the rocks them the nems will just move back to where they were before. And the tank is so full of corals placed perfectly I don't wanna move anything..
