Camera help

I am in the process of buying a new camera but I am not wanting to spend over 200 dollars. I am just an average shooter and not wanting alot with the camera. I would like a dslr but I don't take enough pics to justify the price. I am looking at the Olympus sp-600uz, the GE x5 and the Kodak EasyShare M580. They are all around 150 dollars and I love Kodak's easyshare cameras.I have the CD40 right now from Kodak but it only goes up to 4 mp. So if anybody has ideas please let me know.

i have an Olympus E-420,,,love it....love the brand and the price....
not much help i know,,but i think Olympus makes very good cameras
